Development and Application of Smart Medical Service Platform for Convenient Medical Treatment
In order to implement the relevant plans of the National Health Commission and further improve medical services,it is necessary to adopt innovative medical service measures and develop Internet medical services to address the"bottleneck"of people's access to medical services,so as to constantly improve people's experience of medical treatment.In recent years,important measures to improve medical services,such as appointment diagnosis and treatment,Internet hospitals and telemedicine,have played a positive role in responding to epidemic prevention and control and meeting people's medical needs.Children's Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University(Jinan Children's Hospital)has built a medical information sharing platform,a comprehensive online payment platform and a medical technology reservation platform based on WeChat mini-program,so that patients can fully experience the efficient and convenient one-stop service brought by medical informatization,digitization of patient files and other information medical technology in the process of medical treatment.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the development and application of smart medical service platform in Jinan Children's Hospital.
