摘要

高速公路隧道内各监控系统独立建设,缺乏统一的前端感知、后台运营管理平台.因此,建设一套隧道综合监控系统势在必行.本文研究的隧道综合监控系统,可通过新型监控技术和监控手段及时准确地采集交通状况和监控设备的工作状态信息,发现异常并完成各子系统间的联动控制;同时还可通过对隧道典型突发事件的分析,制定不同的系统应急联动方案,及时解除隧道交通系统的不安全状态.该系统可以有效减少交通延误和损失,防止二次事故的发生,确保隧道达到最佳运行状态.

Abstract

The expressway tunnel monitoring systems are built independently,with no unified front-end perception,background operation and management platform.Therefore,it is imperative to build a tunnel integrated monitoring system.By means of new monitoring technology and monitoring means,the tunnel integrated monitoring system studied in this paper can collect the information of traffic condition and the working state of monitoring equipment timely and accurately,identify abnormalities and complete the linkage control among sub-systems.At the same time,through the analysis of the tunnel typical emergency,different system emergency linkage plans are formulated,and the tunnel traffic system unsafe state can be timely relieved.This system can effectively reduce traffic delays and losses,prevent the occurrence of secondary accidents,and ensure the best operation state of the tunnel.
