摘要

当前,化工生产存在诸多固有危险,如爆炸、火灾、漏泄等,给安全管理带来巨大挑战.为解决这些问题,本文分析了数字化技术在化工安全生产中的应用,并提出了相应的优化措施.研究结果显示,数字化技术在风险识别与评估、安全管理信息系统、员工安全培训等方面发挥重要作用,通过数字化优化措施,可以有效降低安全事故风险,提高化工企业的安全管理水平.

Abstract

At present,there are many inherent dangers in chemical production,such as explosion,fire and leakage,which bring great challenges to safety management.In order to solve these problems,this paper analyzes the application of digital technology in chemical safe production and proposes corresponding optimization measures.The research results show that digital technology plays an important role in risk identification and assessment,safety management information system and employee safety training.Through digital optimization measures,the risk of safety accidents can be effectively reduced and the safety management level of chemical enterprises can be improved.
