Analysis on Design Idea of Professional Title Appraisal Informatization
The informatization construction of professional title appraisal is an important task in deepening the reform of the professional title appraisal system,and an important measure to strengthen the evaluation of professional and technical talents.At present,an increasing number of regions and units are building professional title appraisal information systems by using informatization means.While it has effectively improved the standardization and convenience level of professional title appraisal,there are still problems such as lack of unified planning,and gaps with expectations.Based on the above reasons,this paper analyzes a design idea of professional title appraisal informatization in terms of affair process and functional design,taking into account the current situation and existing problems of professional title appraisal informatization,and provides reference for the development of professional title appraisal informatization.
