This paper introduces the current situation of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and management in Xiangjiang Changsha comprehensive hub project,and proposes measures to strengthen equipment maintenance and management,including strengthening personnel training,strengthening key equipment inspection,strengthening spare parts management,and strengthening special equipment management,which can be used as a reference for the equipment management of similar project.
