近年来,随着我国智能制造和现代科技的高质量创新发展,以工业机器人、机器视觉技术为代表的新型智能制造技术在风电机组中得到了广泛运用,尤其是机器视觉技术,在实际应用过程中不仅能够有效解决风电机组运行期间存在的部件问题,还能够兼顾生产质量与实际产能.基于此,本文对机组的叶片、齿轮箱以及发电机等主要部件的故障原因进行分析,探讨机器视觉技术在风电机组中的实践应用,以期为促进智能化风场及智能化工厂的建设发展提供参考.
In recent years,with the high-quality innovation and development of intelligent manufacturing and modern science and technology in China,new intelligent manufacturing technologies represented by industrial robots and machine vision technology have been widely used in wind turbine generator system.Especially,machine vision technology can effectively solve the component problems during the operation of generator system in the actual application process,and also ensure the production quality and actual production capacity.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the causes of the failure of the main components such as blades,gearboxes and generators,and discusses the practical application of machine vision technology in wind turbine generator system,so as to provide a reference for promoting the construction and development of intelligent wind field and intelligent factories.
