The proposal of ecological and environmental protection strategy has promoted the construction industry to embark on green and ecological development,coupled with the fact that modern people are increasingly pursuing low-carbon life,so green housing has been welcomed and favored by many building users once it appears.However,in order to further improve the quality of green buildings,the construction field has effectively integrated intelligence and green buildings.Based on this condition,this paper comprehensively analyzes the key points of intelligent design of residential buildings,the design of electrical intelligent control system and the precautions in the application of electrical intelligent technology.
