Analysis on Application of Advanced Separation Technology in Chemical Engineering and Technology
Based on the practical application process and application points,this paper analyzes the application of advanced separation technology in chemical engineering and technology.Among them,membrane separation technology realizes the effective separation of gases,liquids and solids through the selective separation effect of semi-permeable membranes;supercritical fluid technology uses the unique physical properties of supercritical fluids and shows great potential in catalytic reactions,extraction and material preparation;microchemical technology achieves the goals of fine chemical synthesis and waste treatment through microscale reactors and equipment,and has the advantages of high efficiency and controllability.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a reference for the practice of chemical engineering separation.
