随着装机容量的不断增加,风场规模也得到进一步拓展,开始面向大型化以及系统化的方向不断发展.部分风电机组在使用过程中如果超出了质保期限,就会增加保养与维护工作难度.本文针对不同运行状态的风电机组齿轮箱故障率预测模型进行了深入分析,制定出了预测精度更高的预测模型,希望能最大限度地保障风电机组的运行稳定性.
Prediction Model for Wind Turbine Generator System Gearbox Failure Rate Based on Different Operating States
With the continuous increase of installed capacity,the scale of wind field has been further expanded,and it has begun to develop towards large-scale and systematization.If some wind turbine generator systems exceed the quality assurance period during use,the difficulty of maintenance will increase.In this paper,the prediction model for failure rate of wind turbine generator system gearbox at different operating states is analyzed,and a prediction model with higher prediction accuracy is established,hoping to ensure the operation stability of wind turbine generator system to the greatest extent.
