摘要

本文首先阐述了自动化称量系统对于轮胎行业的意义.然后对其设计原则,包括准确性、稳定性、便于使用与维护、兼容性与可扩展性、安全性与可靠性等进行了详细的说明.接着,对其在实施过程中容易出现的称量精度、数据传输与加工、设备兼容性以及成本效益方面的问题进行分析.最后提出解决问题的对策,旨在为相关工作者提供参考.

Abstract

This paper first expounds the significance of automated weighing system for the tire industry.Then,the design principles are described in detail,including accuracy,stability,convenient use and maintenance,compatibility and scalability,security and reliability.Subsequently,the frequent problems of weighing accuracy,data transmission and processing,equipment compatibility and cost-effectiveness during its implementation are analyzed.Finally,the countermeasures to solve the problem are proposed,aiming to provide reference for relevant workers.
