数智时代新商科会计人才培养模式研究

摘要
以互联网、大数据和人工智能为代表的新科技革命催生了新经济和新业态,数智时代的到来对会计人才提出了新要求,新商科是基于国家发展战略和企业变革创新趋势下提出的新的教育改革方向,会计学科作为新商科的重要组成部分,其人才培养模式的构建至关重要.本文基于数智时代内涵厘清数智时代新商科的会计人才需求,从课程设计与培养方案、教学方式与教学改革、师资队伍与人才交流、教学实施与质量保障等方面提出对策建议.
Abstract
The new scientific and technological revolution represented by the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence has induced new economy and new business forms,and the advent of digital intelligence era has put forward new requirements for accounting talents.New business is a new direction of education reform proposed based on the national development strategy and the enterprise reform and innovation trend.Accounting discipline is an important part of new business,and the construction of accounting talent training mode is very important.Based on the connotation of digital intelligence era,this paper clarifies the demand for accounting talents of new business in digital intelligence era,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of curriculum design and training program,teaching method and teaching reform,faculty and talent exchange,teaching implementation and quality assurance.
