Construction of Big Data Major Talent Cultivation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges
With the rapid development of big data technology,in order to better promote the steady development of big data information industry in China,a group of big data technology application talents are needed as the reserve staff.As an important agent of cultivating skilled talents,higher vocational colleges have built a perfect talent training mode based on the background of modern emerging engineering education and the talent ability needs of big data positions,to cultivate talents for the application of big data technology.Based on the objectives and requirements of talent cultivation of big data major in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes corresponding talent cultivation modes,aiming to lay a good foundation for promoting the construction of big data major talent cultivation system.
