Application of Electronic Health Card and Construction of Electronic Health File
This paper aims to explore the correlation between the application of electronic health card and the construction of electronic health file,as well as their impact and value on personal health management,medical service provision and public health monitoring.This paper reviews the development process of electronic health card application and electronic health file construction by means of literature review,introduces the application functions and application scenarios of electronic health card,further discusses the implementation of electronic health card application and electronic health file construction in different countries and regions,and optimizes its technical and policy support to achieve better effect and value.
