摘要
土地储备管理作为自然资源管理的重要组成部分,是推进国民经济和社会发展的重要工作之一,在促进国有土地资源有序利用、规范土地市场秩序、加强自然资源统筹管理方面发挥着不可忽视的作用.为推动落实生态文明建设等方面逐渐发挥更重要的作用,土地储备管理工作面临着新的挑战与机遇.本文主要探讨土地储备管理工作中存在的问题,并提出信息化提升的具体措施,旨在推动土地储备管理工作的创新与发展.
Abstract
As an important part of natural resources management,land reserve management is one of the important tasks to promote the national economic and social development.It plays a non-negligible role in promoting the orderly utilization of state-owned land resources,standardizing the order of land market and strengthening the overall management of natural resources.In order to promote the increasingly important role in ecological civilization construction,the land reserve management is facing new challenges and opportunities.This paper mainly explores the problems existing in the land reserve management,and proposes specific measures to improve information,aiming to promote the innovation and development of land reserve management.
