摘要
本文针对公司离退中心提出的统一管理,实时信息共享等需求,结合人员基础信息复杂、社区管理分散混乱、各自为政等实际情况,提出基于浏览器/服务器架构的网上离退休人员管理系统的基本设计.该系统应用软件工程方法,划分七大功能模块区,通过集中授权、分区执行、弱化社区职能等方式,实现了公司离退中心统一制度、统一信息、统一管理的工作目标.
