As a complex and changing field,construction engineering covers multiple stages such as planning,design,construction,supervision,operation and maintenance,and its management faces many challenges.From the planning and design at initial stage of the project to the actual construction and subsequent maintenance,the construction engineering management has become extremely complex due to a large number of participating parties,a large amount of data and information,and intricate processes.At the same time,the time,budget and quality requirements of the project have further increased the difficulty of management,and the traditional management mode has gradually revealed limitations in dealing with these challenges.Based on this condition,this paper seeks new solutions through research.
