In the process of patent examination,for patent applications that belong to the category of computational comparative analysis or are biased towards the application of computer engineering technology in the right requirements,because the keywords are not extensible in the retrieval of patent database,it is unable to easily or quickly find the comparison documents,resulting in low retrieval efficiency and inefficient screening of the comparison documents.In view of the above problems,code base retrieval can be used as a new way of patent retrieval that needs to be concerned.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the retrieval method of a Chinese code base OSChina,and analyzes the retrieval characteristics and retrieval skills in OSChina in detail based on specific actual retrieval cases,which provides a new review idea for future review.
