The digital transformation of archives in the big data era is the future direction of document and archive management in government agencies and public institutions.However,there are many problems in archive information management of government agencies and public institutions at present.Based on this condition,this paper first briefly outlines the opportunities and challenges of document and archive management of government agencies and public institutions in the big data era,and then investigates the construction of information resources of government agencies and public institutions,summarizes the main problems faced by government agencies and public institutions in carrying out archival work,and puts forward relevant optimization suggestions,aiming to improve the document and archive management ability of government agencies and public institutions in the big data era.
