With the advent of the"Internet+"information age,the deep cross-integration of information technology and multiple disciplines has become an important force to promote social development and reform.As an important part of the current personnel management work,personnel archive management should give full play to the role and advantages of information technology in personnel archive management,and improve the efficiency of personnel archive management and the service level of personnel management departments.This paper introduces the current situation and problems of teachers'personnel archive management in secondary vocational schools,then analyzes the necessity of informatization construction of teachers'personnel archive management,and finally puts forward the strategy of teachers'personnel archive management under the background of"Internet+".
