目的 探索人工智能技术在门诊病历质量管理工作中的应用效果.方法 应用人工智能领域的自然语言处理技术,建立门诊病历人工智能质量管理平台,采用人工智能系统质评与质评员抽检质评相结合的模式评价病历质量.结果 实现了门诊病历系统质评全覆盖、单份病历质评员质评用时缩短,病历质管工作效率提升以及门诊病历质量改善.结论 应用人工智能管理平台可以提高病历质量管理效率,改善管理效果.
Exploration of Artificial Intelligence Application in Outpatient Medical Record Quality Management
Objective:To explore the application effect of artificial intelligence technology in the quality management of outpatient medical records.Methods:The natural language processing technology in the field of artificial intelligence is used to establish an artificial intelligence quality management platform for outpatient medical records,and the quality of medical records is evaluated by a combined mode of the quality evaluation of artificial intelligence system and the random inspection and quality evaluation of quality evaluators.Results:The full coverage of the quality evaluation of outpatient medical record system is achieved,the quality evaluation time of a single medical record quality evaluator is shortened,the efficiency of medical record quality management is improved,and the quality of outpatient medical records is improved.Conclusion:The application of artificial intelligence management platform can improve the efficiency and quality of medical record quality management.
