Analysis of High-Temperature Corrosion of Biomass Boiler Heating Surface and Related Measures
In biomass boilers,high-temperature corrosion of the heating surface is a very serious problem, which seriously affects the production safety and economic benefits. The main fuels of biomass boiler include straw, wood chips and other agricultural and forestry residues, and the flue gas after combustion contains a large amount of potassium chloride, sodium chloride, ammonia and other highly corrosive substances, which produces a strong corrosion risk on biomass boiler heating surface. This paper studies the significance of the corrosion of biomass boiler heating surface, analyzes the generation conditions and characteristics of high-temperature corrosion of biomass boiler heating surface, and gives effective measures to prevent the corrosion of heating surface,so as to achieve the purpose of safe and stable operation of the boiler.
