摘要

砂岩油藏中出砂是不可避免的,出砂携砂采油可防粗砂出细砂,本文论述了出砂携砂采油生产方式的优点,调研了砂粒在井筒中的运移规律,给出颗粒在井筒中沉降速度的理论计算式,阐述了砂粒沉降速度与携砂最小速度之间的关系,得出了井筒最小携砂速度的确定需要借助室内实验对经验公式进行验证的结论.

Abstract

Sand production in sandstone oil reservoirs is inevitable,sand-producing and proppant-carrying oil recovery can prevent coarse sand and produce fine sand.This paper discusses the advantages of sand-producing and proppant-carrying oil recovery production mode,investigates the migration law of sand particles in shaft body,gives the theoretical calculation formula for the sedimentation velocity of particles in shaft body,expounds the relationship between the sand particle sedimentation velocity and the minimum proppant-carrying velocity,and concludes that the determination of the minimum proppant-carrying velocity of shaft body needs to be verified by empirical formulas with the help of laboratory experiments.
