本文提出了一种基于国产圣邦微SGM61163XTRI14G同步降压DC-DC电源芯片的5G小基站BBU供电设计方案.该方案通过利用该芯片的高效能、宽输出电压范围(0.9V-5V)及大负载能力(6A),实现了成本效益高、供应链稳定的电源模块.此设计不仅解决了进口芯片价格高、供货周期长的问题,还通过优化PCB布局和散热方案,提升了电源模块的性能,为5G小基站的稳定运行提供了可靠保障.
Power Supply Circuit Design of Domestic Power Supply Chip for 5G Small Cell BBU
In this paper,a power supply design scheme of 5G small cell BBU based on domestic SGMICRO SGM61163XTRI14G synchronous buck DC-DC power supply chip is proposed.By leveraging the chip's high efficiency,wide output voltage range(0.9V-5V)and large load capacity(6A),this scheme achieves a power supply with high cost-effectiveness and stable supply chain.This design not only solves the problems of high price and long supply cycle of imported chips,but also improves the performance of power supply module by optimizing the PCB layout and heat dissipation scheme,thus providing a reliable guarantee for the stable operation of 5G small cells.
