With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,the electric power industry begin to seek for high-tech means to improve the efficiency and safety of substation operation and maintenance,especially in information management.This paper introduces the functions,advantages and challenges of lean information management system for substation operation and maintenance,aiming to provide certain reference value for professionals in electric power industry and promote the technological progress and optimal management of the industry.
