摘要

随着科学技术的进步,我国工业发展水平也随之大幅提升,特别是国民对用电的质量和需求不断加大.汽轮发电机作为电力系统中的重要设备之一,在使用过程中,任何部件的故障都会直接影响到整个汽轮机发电系统,其中转子匝间短路和接地短路为常发的两类故障,并且常因检测、维修处理不到位,由单点、小故障扩展为多点、大故障.本文主要对汽轮发电机转子电气故障的检测方法、故障原因进行分析,并提出科学合理的检修处理方法及预防措施.

Abstract

With the progress of science and technology,the level of industrial development in China has also been greatly improved,especially the quality and demand for electricity have been increasing.Turbine generator is one of the important equipment in electric power system,the fault of any component in the use process will directly affect the entire steam turbine power generation system.Among such faults,rotor shorted turns and grounding short circuit are two types of common faults,and due to insufficient detection and maintenance treatment,single-point small faults often develop to multiple-point major faults.This paper mainly analyzes the detection methods and causes of electrical faults of turbine generator rotor,and puts forward scientific and reasonable maintenance methods and preventive measures.
