摘要

在这个技术飞速发展的时代,智能电网技术的进步带来了变电站运维方式的革新.智能巡检机器人的出现彻底改变了变电站的巡检模式,让无人化巡检成为可能.智能巡检机器人在变电站巡检中的作用体系,需要依赖完善的空中管理系统,根据巡检需求设计系统是自动巡检实现的必然需求.基于此,本研究聚焦于这些机器人的心脏部分——云台控制系统的设计,详细介绍了云台控制系统的设计理念、实现方法以及所面临的挑战和解决方案.

Abstract

In the present era of rapid technological development,the progress of smart grid technology has caused the innovation of transformer substation operation and maintenance methods.The emergence of intelligent inspection robots has completely changed the inspection mode of transformer substations,making unmanned inspection possible.The role system of intelligent inspection robot in transformer substation inspection needs to rely on a perfect air management system,and designing the system according to the inspection requirements is an inevitable requirement for automatic inspection.Based on this condition,this study focuses on the design of cloud platform control system,which is the heart of such robots,and introduces the design concept,implementation methods,challenges and solutions of cloud platform control system in detail.
