Preliminary Study on Application of New Aluminum-Based Rare Earth Materials in Mechanical Products
As a new material,aluminum-based rare earth materials integrate the unique properties of aluminum alloy and copper alloy in the production of mechanical products,which can promote the improvement of production efficiency of mechanical products and increase the production benefits.Combined with the characteristics of aluminum-based rare earth materials,this paper first expounds the action mechanism of aluminum-based rare earth materials in mechanical products,such as purification,metamorphism and refining,then analyzes the application benefits of aluminum-based rare earth materials in mechanical production,and finally discusses the mechanical properties of aluminum-based rare earth materials in mechanical products,such as excellent workability,excellent wear resistance and excellent precision,aiming to improve the production quality and efficiency of mechanical products.
