摘要
目的:规范B2C互联网医疗服务在公立医院的应用.方法:通过问卷及访谈方式对某三甲医院医务人员进行了互联网医疗平台应用情况调查,结合文献资料分析了目前主流的B2C互联网医疗服务在公立医院的应用情况,包括开展的主要业务和运营模式.结果:B2C互联网医疗服务相较医院或政府自建的模式虽有优势,但在医疗质量、资金安全、廉洁行医、医院品牌方面存在风险.结论:政府、公立医院、第三方平台和用户自身需采取相应措施,以推动互联网医疗的高质量发展.
Abstract
Objective:To standardize the application of B2C Internet healthcare services in public hospitals.Methods:Through questionnaires and interviews,the medical staff of a tertiary Grade-A hospital are surveyed on the application of Internet healthcare platform,and the application of the current mainstream B2C Internet healthcare services in public hospitals is analyzed based on the literature,including the main business conducted and operation modes.Results:Although B2C Internet healthcare services have advantages over hospital-or government-built modes,there are risks in terms of medical quality,financial security,incorruptible medical practice,and hospital brand.Conclusion:The government,public hospitals,third-party platforms and users need to take corresponding measures to promote the high-quality development of Internet healthcare.
