摘要
目的:探究药品检验中的结果偏离原因及质量控制方法.方法:择取江西领行生物科技有限公司药物样本200份(2022年1月-2022年12月)进行研究,均采用紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法检验,分析偏离原因与质控方法.结果:质量控制前,偏离原因受操作、仪器、实验室污染、检验差错的影响,质控后,仅出现实验室污染、检验差错偏离.结论:药品检验时,选择有效检验方法可提升检验准确度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes of result deviation and quality control methods in drug testing.Methods:A total of 200 drug samples selected from Jiangxi Linghang Biology Technology Co.,Ltd.(from January 2022 to December 2022)are used for study.All samples are tested using ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography.The causes of deviation and quality control methods are analyzed.Results:Before quality control,the cause of deviation is affected by operation,instrument,laboratory contamination and inspection errors.After quality control,only laboratory contamination and inspection error deviations occur.Conclusion:In drug testing,the accuracy of testing can be improved by selecting effective testing methods.
