摘要
本文从建设绩效管理系统的背景出发,对绩效管理信息系统的设计原则、功能规划及具体功能展开研究,旨在通过实现基础信息集成、任务分解、指标设计、过程监控、评价反馈等线上操作,打破"信息孤岛"和"数据烟囱",提高绩效管理智能化水平.
Abstract
Based on the background of building a performance management system,this paper studies the design principles,functional planning and specific functions of the performance management information system,aiming to break the"information island"and"data sil"and improve the intelligent level of performance management by realizing online operations such as basic information integration,task decomposition,index design,process monitoring and evaluation feedback.
