摘要
为了有效打击和查处"黑广播"行为,保证国家和社会的秩序稳定,本文首先对黑广播的工作原理、主要特征和常见危害加以阐述,随后对"黑广播"监测定位的方法与监测定位系统所应用的技术进行分析与讨论.研究表明:"黑广播"监测定位技术与系统的合理应用能够有效查处和制止这种违法行为的广泛传播,对于经济社会的稳定性具有重要意义.
Abstract
In order to effectively crack down on and investigate the behavior of"illegal radio stations"and ensure the order and stability of the country and society,this paper first expounds the working principle,main characteristics and common hazards of illegal radio stations,and subsequently analyzes and discusses the monitoring and positioning methods for"illegal radio stations"and the technology applied in the monitoring and positioning system.The research results show that the rational application of monitoring and positioning technology and system for"illegal radio stations"can effectively investigate and restrict the wide spread of such illegal acts,and is of great significance for the stability of the economy and society.
