关于有效应对突发性鼻出血的产品设想

摘要
鼻出血是临床常见的症状之一,但在突发性鼻出血时,会因采用不科学的止鼻血方法而导致止血效果不佳,甚至导致鼻出血情况更严重.常用的止鼻血方法有压迫止血法、塞填止血法和药物止血法等.其中,压迫止血法简单有效,易操作但耗时较长,通常需要10～15min.本文基于压迫止血法背后的原理提出设想,建议设计一种有效应对突发性鼻出血的科学鼻血止血夹,并就该止血夹的原理、优势、可行性等几个方面展开探讨.
Abstract
Epistaxis is one of the common clinical symptoms.In the case of sudden epistaxis,unscientific nose bleeding hemostasis may lead to poor hemostasis effect,and even lead to more serious epistaxis.Commonly used methods of nose bleeding hemostasis include compression hemostasis,packing hemostasis and drug hemostasis.Among them,the compression hemostasis method is simple,effective and easy to operate but takes a long time,usually 10-15 min.Based on the principle of compression hemostasis,this paper proposes tentative ideas and suggests designing a scientific nose bleeding hemostatic clip in effective response to sudden epistaxis,and discusses the principle,advantages and feasibility of this hemostatic clip.
