摘要
在燃油加油机检定中,处在检定周期内的加油机常出现计量超差现象.计量超差是指加油机在进行加油计量时,计量结果与实际加油量之间存在偏差.这种现象可能是由于加油机内部的计量元件损坏、累积了过多的沉淀物或者操作不当等因素导致的.基于此,本文详细分析了燃油加油机检定周期内计量超差的原因及防范措施,以供参考.
Abstract
In the verification of fuel dispensers,the measurement of dispensers in the verification cycle often exceeds the tolerance.Measurement out-of-tolerance refers to the deviation between the measured result and the actual refueling amount when the dispenser is being metered.This phenomenon may be caused by factors such as damage to the metering elements within the dispenser,excessive sediment accumulation,or improper operation.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the causes and precautionary measures of measurement out-of-tolerance in the verification cycle of fuel dispensers in detail,for reference.
