Research and Improvement on Liuzhou Steel 2032 Hot-Rolled Coiling Side Guide Plate Control
This paper firstly analyzes the principle of Liuzhou Steel 2032 hot rolling production line coiler side guide plate equipment control;Secondly,various reasons for the staggering of sheet coils in the coiling process are proposed;Subsequently,solutions to the problems are proposed as per different causes;Finally,to address the staggering problem,the optimization scheme design of the side guide plate control system is carried out for reference.
