技术转移机构服务能力提升的困境与对策——以陕西省为例

摘要
技术转移机构的建设和能力升级是优化我国技术转移体系的必然举措.本文基于对陕西省32所典型技术转移示范机构进行深度调研,总结出发现当前阻碍技术转移机构服务能力提升的主要原因包括缺少信息平台建设、缺乏复合型技术转移人才、考评机制不合理、供需匹配困难等.基于此,本文提出技术转移机构服务能力提升对策,以期进一步加强技术转移机构能力建设为科技成果转化赋能.
Abstract
The construction and capacity upgrading of technology transfer institutions are inevitable measures to optimize technology transfer system in China.Based on an in-depth survey of 32 typical technology transfer demonstration institutions in Shaanxi Province,this paper concludes that the main causes hindering the improvement of service capacity of technology transfer institutions include the lack of information platform construction,the lack of compound technology transfer talents,the unreasonable evaluation mechanism,and the difficulty in matching supply and demand.Based on this condition,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the service capacity of technology transfer institutions,so as to further strengthen the capacity construction of technology transfer institutions and empower the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
