Application Research on Automatic Air Replenishing Device of Ultra-High Voltage Composite Apparatus
At present,gas insulated switchgear(GIS)equipment is widely used in ultra-high voltage substations.If the air pressure is reduced,the insulation capacity of the equipment will be reduced,which will affect the safe and stable operation of the equipment.For GIS equipment with reduced air pressure,the operation and maintenance personnel need to replenish air in time.Due to the limitations such as the unattended stations are far away from each other,the air pressure drop cannot be detected in real time,and the work steps of air replenishment are complicated,the timeliness of manual air replenishment is poor.In order to solve the above problems,by referring to the principle of air pressure on-line monitoring and automatic valve opening and closing,the automatic air replenishing device of ultra-high voltage composite apparatus is developed.This paper reproduces the research and development process of the device,describes the application of the device,and shows that the device has achieved good application effect.
