摘要

机器人关节的主要装置为伺服电机和谐波减速器,谐波减速器的扭振将引起伺服电机转子转速的波动,导致定子电流的变化.本文通过扭振动与伺服电机控制器中反馈电流波动的相关性分析,利用这一机电耦合现象,探索机器人关节制造中的质量监测或控制.

Abstract

The main joint devices of the robot are the servo motor and harmonic reducer,and the torsional vibration of the harmonic reducer will cause the fluctuation of the servo motor rotor speed,resulting in the change of stator current.In this paper,through the correlation analysis between torsional vibration and feedback current fluctuation in servo motor controller,this electromechanical coupling phenomenon is used to explore quality monitoring or control in robot joint manufacturing.
