Comparative Analysis of Technical Routes of Compressed Air Centralized Supply in Coal-Fired Power Plants
For the comprehensive energy project of compressed air centralized supply in coal-fired power plants,this paper analyzes the commercial market,air compressor body and drive technical route,and guides the power plant to optimize the selection,design,installation and implementation of air compressor and drive mode according to market needs.The results show that the reliability and stability requirements of compressed air need to be fully considered in the selection of air compressor equipment so as to meet customer needs.The determination of the type and capacity of air compressor should follow the principles of economy and safety.The project design should consider factors such as exhaust pressure,exhaust volume,compression ratio,as well as peak gas consumption,average consumption,trough consumption,compressed air quality requirements,etc.
