Research on LID Comprehensive Efficacy Evaluation Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation——Example of Phase I Project of Wuhan National Cyber Security Center
This study takes the Phase I Project of Wuhan National Cyber Security Center as an example,and introduces the steps of calculating the LID comprehensive efficacy by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Four LID construction schemes are proposed.In order to compare and select the scheme with the optimal comprehensive efficacy,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct an evaluation system with 3 levels and 14 indicators,the combined weight of each index is determined by combining the CRITIC method and the analytic hierarchy process,and the weighted mean and maximum membership principles are used to analyze and process the evaluation result vectors.The obtained results are highly consistent,indicating that this method could provide guidance for similar sponge engineering transformation.
