With the rapid development of Internet technology,the traditional human resource management method faces severe challenges and needs to be innovated and improved.With the help of information technology,such as big data analysis,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and social media,human resource management can become more intelligent,personalized and flexible.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on how to implement more effective human resource management in the Internet era,so as to improve organizational performance and employee satisfaction,and mainly discusses the application of various information technologies in recruitment,training,performance evaluation and employee engagement,and their influence on long-term development and competitiveness of organizations.
