With the rapid development of new-generation information technology,the informatization system management of manufacturing enterprises has become a key factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Combined with the practical experience and problems encountered by enterprises in the implementation of informatization projects,this paper introduces the information systems mainly used in manufacturing enterprises,the employees'understanding of information systems,and the implementation and management of information systems,and proposes to strengthen the operation and maintenance management and risk management of informatization systems of manufacturing enterprises,aiming to provide useful references for manufacturing enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
