Research on Electricity Charge Risk Management and Control Countermeasures Based on Whole Process of Electric Power Marketing
At present,due to poor effect of management and control countermeasures adopted by electric power enterprises,the recovery rate and loss rate of electricity charges are relatively high,so this paper studies the electricity charge risk management and control countermeasures based on the whole process of electric power marketing.Four first-level indicators are selected from the whole process of electric power marketing,including business expansion management,on-site service,electricity charge safety and automation system.On this basis,the second-level indicators are selected to establish the electricity charge risk indicator system in the whole process of electric power marketing,and the comprehensive analysis method is used to evaluate the electricity charge risk.Experiments show that the recovery rate of electricity charges has been effectively improved through the application of the designed method,and the electricity charge risk management and control effect is good.
