通信保障应急预案的数字化应用能有效提高突发事件、重要活动的通信保障和重大通信事故网络恢复的应急响应成效.本文探讨了预案的电子化、结构化、可视化和智能化4个预案数字化实现步骤,以及建设涵盖事前准备、事中响应、事后提升的数字化预案系统建设的关键应用.
Abstract
The digital application of communication security emergency plans can effectively improve the emergency response effectiveness of communication security for emergency accidents,important activities,and major communication accident network recovery.This article explores the four digital implementation steps of contingency plans:digitization,structuring,visualization,and intelligence,as well as the key applications of building a digital contingency plan system that covers pre-preparation,in process response,and post-improvement.
