Parking reservation service can greatly improve the convenience of users.By accurately matching the available parking spaces and potential demand,the parking reservation service enables the parking resources to be more reasonably allocated and managed,improves the utilization efficiency of parking resources,solves urban traffic and environmental problems,and provides an efficient,environmentally protective and sustainable solution for future urban development.In order to have a deeper understanding of the development environment of the parking reservation industry in Beijing,this paper comprehensively analyzes the development environment of this industry in Beijing from the four dimensions of policy,economy,society and technology,namely the PEST model,and gives suggestions for the development of parking reservation in Beijing.
