Design and Optimization of High-Performance Electrical Connector Components
Electrical connectors play a key role in modern electronic equipment and communication system,and their performance is critical to the reliability and efficiency of the entire system.This paper aims to discuss the design and optimization of high-performance electrical connector components to improve their transmission performance,reliability,and durability.Firstly,the basic principles of electrical connectors are introduced,then the importance of electrical connector design is discussed,subsequently some design and optimization methods are proposed,including material selection,structural design and manufacturing process,and finally the potential impact of optimizing electrical connector components on the performance of electronic equipment is highlighted,and the direction of future research is prospected.
