摘要

水利工程在现代社会发展中起到了至关重要的作用.随着全球气象变化,极端天气事件频繁发生,水利工程安全管理的重要性显得尤为重要.在现在及今后一个时期,如何做好水利工程安全运行管理成为备受关注的议题.本文通过分析现有文献和实践案例,探讨了如何确保水利工程的安全运行,如何应对挑战和风险及今后发展趋势.

Abstract

Water conservancy projects play a vital role in modern social development.With the global meteorological changes,extreme weather events frequently occur,and the importance of safety management of water conservancy projects is particularly important.At present and in the future,how to perform well in the safe operation and management of water conservancy projects has become a topic of great concern.Through the analysis of existing literature and practical cases,this paper discusses how to ensure the safe operation of water conservancy projects,how to deal with challenges and risks,and the development trends in the future.
