Study on Influencing Factors of Verification Results of Ultrasonic Wave Heat Meter Flow Sensor
As an advanced flow measurement tool,ultrasonic wave heat meter plays a pivotal role in the field of heat energy metering.The core principle is using the propagation velocity of ultrasonic waves in the fluid to calculate the fluid flow,so as to achieve accurate measurement of heat energy consumption.However,in practical application process,the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic wave heat meter is not unchangeable,but is affected by a variety of factors.In this study,the experimental results at different conditions are compared to reveal the action mechanism and influence pattern of various factors,aiming to provide a scientific basis for the optimal design and practical application of ultrasonic wave heat meter.
