基于TSN的船舶智能损管监控系统通信网络架构研究

为了保障船舶在海上环境中的安全航行及精确执行任务,增强数据信息传输的可靠性,需要研究基于新型通信网络技术的船舶智能损管监控系统网络架构。本文针对智能损管监控系统对控制网络及监测网络的实时性、可靠性要求,在智能损管系统中提出采用TSN与AUTBUS分层网络结构。根据损管系统中数据重要程度设置优先级,确保关键性数据的实时传输,同时AUTBU可提高现场级底层控制网络的扩展性,将具备AUTBUS通信能力的传感器挂载在其总线网络上,实现分布式采集,满足采集数据的强实时传输。
Research on Communication Network Architecture of Ship Intelligent Damage Management Monitoring System Based on TSN
In order to ensure the safe navigation and precise execution of tasks of ships in the marine environment,and enhance the reliability of data and information transmission,a network architecture of a ship intelligent damage management monitoring system based on new communication network technology is studied.In response to the real-time and reliability requirements of the intelligent damage management monitoring system for the control network and monitoring network,a hierarchical network structure of TSN and AUTBUS is proposed in the intelligent damage management system.Priority is set based on the importance of data in the damage management system to ensure real-time transmission of critical data.At the same time,AUTBU can improve the scalability of the on-site low-level control network.Sensors with AUTBUS communication capabilities are mounted on their bus network to achieve distributed collection and achieve strong real-time transmission of collected data.
