无障碍设计规范下的城市盲道可达性研究——以黄山市中心城区为例

无障碍设计是公共空间环境以及各类建筑设施、设备的规划设计。盲道是无障碍设施中最重要的一种,其目的是为满足视力残疾人群的使用需求。本文基于《建筑与市政工程无障碍通用规范(GB 55019-2021)》评判标准,实地调研黄山市中心城区盲道。通过获取盲道空间分布情况,采集多类别盲道通行障碍性因素分布坐标,构建具有多属性的盲道路网信息模型,进而分析城市盲道在可达性情况,并提出改进措施提高城市发展水平。
Research on Accessibility of Urban Tactile Paving under Accessibility Design Specification——Example of Central Urban Area of Huangshan City
Accessibility design is the planning and design of public space environment,as well as various building facilities and equipment.The tactile paving is the most important kind of barrier free facilities,and its purpose is to meet the needs of people with visual disabilities.Based on the evaluation criteria of the"General Codes for Accessibility of Building and Municipal Engineering Projects(GB 55019-2021)",this paper conducts a field survey of the tactile paving in the central urban area of Huangshan City.By acquiring the spatial distribution of tactile paving,collecting the distribution coordinates of traffic obstacle factors of multi-category tactile paving,a multi-attribute road network information model of tactile paving is constructed.Then the accessibility of urban tactile paving is analyzed,and improvement measures are proposed to improve the level of urban development.
