At present,with the rapid development of global digital technology,enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the era of digital economy.In the era of digital economy,the enterprise foreign affairs management has changed from traditional offline services to online services,and the digital transformation of enterprise foreign affairs management has become an inevitable trend.Taking Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Group as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of digital economy in the digital era of enterprises,puts forward the necessity,urgency and feasibility of the transformation of foreign affairs management in the digital era,and looks forward to the future development trend of foreign affairs management.
